"I’m pressing fast forward to summer with this one. Usually I swerve away from pastel pink but after renting a similar dress for Christmas day last year, I’m converted. As I daydream of warmer months, in my head I’ll be styling this maxi dress with nothing but strappy sandals and a straw bag – ideally on a tropical beach somewhere."
"The knitted dress has gained a lot of attention this season, and they’re not going anywhere. This Nanushka style is ticking so many boxes – the universally flattering midi length, the sleek collar – I would actually like to rent this before I buy it and keep it forever. The button-down style can also be worn open as a long cardigan so it would basically be a two-for-one buy if you ask me."
"What’s not to love about the Bottega cassette bag? It’s classic, timeless and surprisingly practical with the hands-free strap. Usually when I invest in a designer bag I go for neutral colours but when you rent, you can have fun and play around with colours. I would wear this buttery yellow style over my grey coat and basically parade Pantone’s Colours of the Year in all their glory."
"A statement-making coat gets a strong yes from me. Pistachio is a colour I’m going to be wearing a lot of for spring – think linen dresses and puff-sleeve tops – but for now, I’ll stick to the faux fur on this Stand Studio coat. When I’m not hunkering down inside, I would wear this cosy style on a walk with chunky stomper boots, a cashmere jumper and jeans."
"Ganni is the OG of the oversized collar shirt, so what better way to try out the look? I’m yet to test out the mini trend but an easy way to dip your toe in without fully committing is by renting instead. For me, I tend not to follow that many trends and stick to what I know suits me but this shirt definitely makes me want to give it a go. I would most likely layer it with a knit vest to get the full Ganni experience."
"After many weeks apart during lockdown 3.0, I’m going to be reunited with my boyfriend this month so I of course need a great dress. For our first dinner in our new flat, this Rixo shell print midi is the perfect date night frock. I plan on wearing it with my hair in a sleek ponytail, chunky gold earrings and heels – remember those?"
