HURR Trend: Puff-Sleeve Dresses

London Fashion Week is the official back-to-school moment for the street style set in the UK, which for us means it is a a fab time to check in on which predicted autumn/winter trends have actually come to life. There are always a few little tips and styling tricks to copy from the street style stars of LFW, but this week one thing is clear: puff-sleeve dresses are the only thing you need in your life this season.

Quite simply, they’re everywhere! Voluminous silhouettes with exaggerated sleeves (that come in lots of prints and colours to choose from), this is flattering trend we’re happy to wear on repeat. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and looking properly fashion. Designers at LFW and beyond have been favouring this shape for a few seasons and continue to do so, cementing this trend as a perennial favourite. Rejina Pyo, Cecilie Bahnsen, Ganni, and Simone Rocha are among the many designers in love with the puff-sleeve dress.

The street style set having been styling them in so many ways, so we must take note. Be it strappy heels, flat boots, or even… sneakers, it seems nearly impossible to get this trend wrong.

HURR Girl, Daisy Murray, shows us how to try this trend with maximum trend potential. She opts for her green checked neon Ganni dress, paired with cowboy boots and a silk handbag.
